Return Policy – SayIT

At SayIT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple return process according to the terms below.

14-Day Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of standard returns.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as when you received it
  • be unused and unworn
  • include all original tags
  • be in the original packaging
  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

  • sale items
  • products purchased with gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. return the item you currently have
  2. place a new order once your return has been approved

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Claims)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

If the claim is approved:

  • SayIT will cover the return shipping costs
  • the issue will be resolved according to applicable consumer protection laws

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, and the customer has not informed us about a cancellation or return request, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 35 € to cover shipping and administrative costs.

Unclaimed packages are not considered a valid use of the right of withdrawal.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

Items must be:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • with all tags attached
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
